Special Budget Ordinance C36446 - Ordinance amending Ordinance No. C36345 passed by the City Council December 12, 2022, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2023, making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: General Fund 1) Add two classified Community Justice Specialist positions (from 5 to 7). A) There is no change to the overall appropriation level in the General Fund.

Special Budget Ordinance C36447 - Ordinance amending Ordinance No. C36345 passed by the City Council December 12, 2022, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2023, making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Miscellaneous Grants Fund 1) Increase revenue by $455,985. A) Of the increased revenue, $455,985 is provided by the Environmental Protection Agency via a sub-award through Gonzaga University. 2) Increase appropriation by $455,985. A) Of the increased appropriation, $455,985 is provided solely for equipment repair & maintenance.
