Ordinance C36505 - Amending Ordinance C33671 that vacated the east 15 feet of Lacey Street from Gordon Avenue to 620 feet south.

Resolution 2024-0034 - Declaring Huber Technology, Inc. (Denver, NC) a sole source provider and authorizing the purchase of parts, supplies and service for SE EscaMax Fine Screen and HydroPress Washer Compactor parts for the Riverside Park Water Reclamation Facility for a period of five (5) years for up to $1,100,000 without public bidding.

Resolution 2024-0035 - Approving indemnification and defense of employees of the City of Spokane (in the matter of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, Cause No. 2:23-cv-0262-TOR).

Special Budget Ordinance C36506 - Amending Ordinance No. C36467 passed by the City Council November 27, 2023, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2024, making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Various Funds to make grade and associated pay range changes for various positions (as more specifically described in the ordinance).
