Special Budget Ordinance C36603 - Ordinance C36603 amending Ordinance No. C36467 passed by the City Council November 27, 2023, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2024, making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Opioid Response Fund 1) Increase appropriation by $124,350. 2) Of the increased appropriation, $124,350 is provided solely for contractual services for street outreach and navigation services.
