Resolution 2025-0001 - Declaring ABB Industrial Automation & Power Generation (Portland, OR) a sole-source provider and authorizing the City to enter into a contract for service and support for the Digital Control Systems for the City of Spokane Waste to Energy Facility to be used on an “as needed” basis for a five-year period-approximately $270,000 annually without public bidding.
