Special Budget Ordinance C36662 - Ordinance amending Ordinance No. C36626, passed by the City Council December 9, 2024, and entitled in part, "An Ordinance Adopting a Biennial Budget for the City of Spokane,” making appropriation adjustments for year 2025, and declaring an emergency. Arises from the need to accept the Washington State Department of Commerce Coordinating Low-Income Housing Planning (CLIHP) grant.
