Ordinance C36723 - Titled “Public Dollars For Public Benefit,” relating to City public works; enacting a new Article XI, Chapter 07.06.800 of the Spokane Municipal Code, and setting an effective date.

Ordinance C36729 - Amending Ordinance C-35052 that vacated portions of Dakota Street in the City of Spokane.

Ordinance C36730 - Amending Ordinance C-36730 that vacated portions of Boone Avenue, Desmet Avenue, and Dakota Street in the City of Spokane.

Ordinance C36731 - Amending Ordinance C-27061 that vacated portions of Boone Ave, Astor St, and Sharp Ave in the City of Spokane.

Ordinance C36734 - Relating to fees and charges amending Chapter 08.02 of the Spokane Municipal Code. Specifically amending Section 08.02.065 Streets and Airspace and other matters properly related thereto

Ordinance C36737 - Code clean-up ordinance removing expired SMC Chapter 09.01 as a result of a sunset provision triggered upon the passage and implementation of I-1433 in 2016; repealing Chapter 09.01 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Ordinance C36740 - Titled “Safe and Welcome in Spokane”, expanding protections against warrantless searches from immigration enforcement in designated nonpublic areas, amending sections 12.05.005, 12.05.060, and 12.05.070 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Ordinance C36744 - Final Reading Ordinance C36744 related to the designation of and requirements for streets, alleys, and driveways; amending Spokane Municipal Code sections 17A.020.030, .040, .120, .160, 17C.111.340, and 17H.010.010, .090, .130; and creating a new section 17H.010.015.

Ordinance C36745 - Final Reading Ordinance C36745 related to roadway naming and addressing standards, amending Spokane Municipal Code sections 17D.050A.040, .050, .100, and .160.

Resolution 2025-0060 - Declaring Washington Equipment Manufacturing Company, Inc. (WEMCO), (Spokane, WA) a sole-source provider and authorizing the City to directly enter into a Value Blanket Order Contract with WEMCO for new proprietary mechanical spare replacement crane parts, that are 100% specific to the two overheard refuse cranes currently employed at the City of Spokane, Waste To Energy Facility (WTEF), for a five (5) year period, without public bidding-$300,000 (plus tax)

Resolution 2025-0062 - Approving the loan forgiveness of HOME funds in the El Estero project, totaling $608,750.

Resolution 2025-0063 - Updating the appointment of City Council Members to boards, committees, and commissions for 2025.

Special Budget Ordinance C36739 - Amending Ordinance No. C36626, entitled in part, “An Ordinance adopting a Biennial Budget for the City of Spokane,” and amending it to adjust pay ranges to align with salary analysis. (Quarter 3 – 2025)
