Ordinance C36755 - Related to the Director of Accounting and the Accounting Department; correcting department and position titles; amending sections 03.01A.215, 03.04.060, 03.04.120, 03.04.250, 03.05.040, 03.05.110, 03.07.030, 07.03.020, and 17D.080.050; and repealing Section 03.07.160 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Resolution 2025-0059 - Regarding adoption of the City of Spokane’s Public Rule for Wastewater and Water General Facilities Charges and Incentives.

Resolution 2025-0069 - Setting hearing before City Council for October 27, 2025, for the vacation of the alley between Central and Columbia, from Freya to Sycamore, as requested by owners having an interest in real estate abutting the right-of-way.

Resolution 2025-0075 - Acknowledging the recommendation of the Neighborhood Project Advisory Committee for the West Quadrant Tax Increment Financing district and approving the use of $111,000 in TIF funding for public improvements installed in the Monroe Street public right-of-way adjacent to 1023 N Monroe Street.

Resolution 2025-0076 - Acknowledging the recommendation of the Neighborhood Project Advisory Committee for the West Quadrant Tax Increment Financing district and accepting the use of $229,692 in TIF funding for public improvements to be installed as part of implementing the “West Central Infrastructure Project” and the “27 by 2027 Urban Mobility Network.”

Resolution 2025-0079 - Adopting the revised allocations and project prioritization for the 2026 Residential Street Maintenance program utilizing Transportation Benefit District funding.

Resolution 2025-0082 - Approving Development Agreement to allow for the construction of a regional wastewater pump station in the Lower Terrace/Seven Mile area in Northwest Spokane. The private developer would construct the regional station and the City would reimburse the Developer for costs beyond the requirements of the development for the project.

Special Budget Ordinance C36760 - Amending Ordinance No. C36626, entitled in part, “An ordinance adopting a Biennial Budget for the City of Spokane”, and amending it to cover the cost of paramedic training, and declaring an emergency.
