The Spokane Fire Department is seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect in an arson fire that occurred early this morning. At 12:15 a.m., video surveillance captured this individual setting fire to an evergreen bush at the southwest corner of Lil Bit of Top Knot Grooming, located at 1028 West Shannon Avenue.
Fortunately, firefighters managed to prevent the fire from spreading into the building’s interior, though exterior damages are estimated at $15,000.
