Cleaning from the Corridor will be taking place on Saturday, April 27, 2019!! Volunteers will be working in the Logan neighborhood to assist homeowners with property clean up. There is also opportunity to help with cleaning along the Centennial Trail.
Cleaning from the Corridor is an event benefitting neighborhoods throughout Spokane each spring. The event will focus on highlighting the cleanup program offered by the Office of Neighborhood Services and in partnership with Solid Waste Management and the Logan Neighborhood Council.
Volunteers will be working with about 200 residents to help spring clean their properties and remove unwanted trash and household items. This year we are also partnering with the nonprofit community revitalization organization Rebuilding Together! Keep your eye out for some home repairs taking place as well.
Spokane Arts will also be out on the event day prepping for a mural in the neighborhood!
Volunteers will be meeting:
When: Saturday, April 27
Time: 8:30 a.m. for registration and volunteer assignments
Where: Witter Pool at Mission Park.
This event wouldn’t be what it is if it weren’t for all the wonderful volunteers that have created a successful event every year! Those interested in volunteering for CFTC please email Gabby Ryan.
