A 10-year-old girl from Eastern Oregon is hoping to dance her way to nationals with a police tribute.
When asked why she chose law enforcement as her theme, Breaeh Rios stated, “For my dad and to show the world that not all heroes are on TV”.
Breaeh’s dad and grandfather are in law enforcement.
This young competitive dancer is dedicating her dance to Officer Anthony Dia of Toledo, Ohio who was killed while responding to a disturbance in a Home Depot parking lot.
Breaeh’s first competition of the season is in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho next month.
