Asphalt Art Crosswalks

The Spokane Arts Asphalt Art Program in collaboration with the City of Spokane's Traffic Calming program converts parts of streets and crosswalks into public art installations, enriching local neighborhoods while providing a traffic calming solution.

Each District is given the opportunity to have two Asphalt Art crosswalks. Residents will be able to vote on one location within their District. Once voting is completed the two crosswalk locations with the most votes will move forward to the design process over the winter of 2024-2025 and be painted in 2025. The surveys will close on Saturday, Nov. 30.

Vote for the Asphalt Art crosswalk location in your District:
