Notify Me Spokane

The Notify Me Spokane permit map has up to three years of building, planning and engineering permit data and can be reached directly at notifymespokane.org. and is updated nightly.

Building permits may range from new construction, remodels, additions, mechanical, electrical and other trades work or pre-development conferences. Engineering permits may include street construction, obstruction permits, public tree permits and private development for right of way, water and sewer hookups. Planning permits range from new developments, boundary line adjustments and zoning and land use changes.

To use the map:

The right side of the map offers three options; Overview, Filters, and Alert.

  • Overview: Allows you to view the map for permits from the past week, past six months, past year or past three years.
  • Filter: Options to filter include the type of permits, building, engineering and planning or filter permits by the date they were created, by district boundaries and/or by keywords.
  • Alert: Sign up for daily email alerts for to discover what permits are created by type; building, engineering and planning permits. You may also create alerts based on a specific neighborhood or district or choose an address on the map and receive notifications about permits within 500 feet, 1,000 feet or half a mile radius.

Each Notify Me Spokane email user is able to create up to four separate email alert notifications.

Your email notification will provide a list of all permits created in your parameters and will list location, type of permit and the permit number with a link to the project on the map.
