5:04 p.m. - From 6/14/2016: Firefighters were able to rescue three dogs after alert neighbors called 9-1-1 to report smoke and a sounding smoke alarm.

Odor Forces Evacuation of Ferris High School

4:50 p.m. - From 6/10/2016: Ferris High School is evacuated after a reported odor disperses through the school. A total of 14 patients are evaluated.

5:15 p.m. - Spokane Police are investigating a fatality collision today involving a bicycle at Wellesley/Whitehouse

SPD Looking for Witnesses to Downtown Assault (16-211571)

2:55 p.m. - SPD Detectives are investigating a downtown assault that occurred early Sunday morning. The victim remains in the hospital in intensive care.
