Spokane Matters 3.0

On April 30th, elected officials, city staff and community stakeholders came together to launch Spokane Matters 3.0, a program in which a unique district scale and an interdepartmental approach to addressing community concerns manifests in creative and thoughtful problem solving.

In breakout sessions by District and with a template for project selection, up to three projects per district were selected as focus areas with goals for completion by the end of 2019. Project leaders and teams were formed, and project leaders and teams agreed to report out at the Mayor’s quarterly performance meetings per respective initiative of the strategic plan. Presuming some projects fit more than one initiative, team leaders will coordinate with Gabby Ryan and Dusty Fredrickson regarding which meeting they will attend and update at. Spokane Matters 3.0 updates will be at the top of the agenda.

If you are interested in joining one of the project teams, reach out to the project leader!

Thanks for your efforts in this meaningful endeavor!
