Beginning January 22, 2025, our new fee schedule will take effect. To ensure accurate planning while our Permit Applications and Fee Calculators are being updated, please utilize the following fee schedule for the most up-to-date information:
* The calculators within this section have been made available to assist with estimating building permit fees. As such, the estimations provided will not include fees for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utility, or other work that requires separate permits.
