Resolution 2026-0028 - Approving an Existing Sidewalk Maintenance and Minor Repairs Public Rule.

Resolution 2026-0029 - Approving an Activation of Public Spaces Public Rule.

Resolution 2026-0030 - Setting forth the City Council’s approval and endorsement of funding for contracts for Housing and Homeless Services (HHS) arising from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program allocation. This resolution authorizes the execution of the applicable and appropriate contracts once formalized without further City Council action.

Resolution 2026-0031 - Approving the 2026 Annual Action Plan for CDBG, HOME, and ESG federal grant programs and approval to enter into agreements with HUD and awarded organizations-$4,475,304.60.

Resolution 2026-0032 - Setting forth the City Council’s approval and endorsement of funding for Broadway Foods and Broadway Laundromat from the Neighborhood Projects area of the West Quadrant Tax Increment Financing district and authorizing the execution of the applicable and appropriate contracts once formalized without further City Council action.

Resolution 2026-0033 - Setting forth the City Council’s approval and endorsement of funding for Habitat for Humanity from the Neighborhood Projects area of the West Quadrant Tax Increment Financing district and authorizing the execution of the applicable and appropriate contracts once formalized without further City Council action.

Special Budget Ordinance C36868 - Amending Ordinance No. C36794, entitled in part, “An ordinance adopting a Mid-biennial Modification Budget for the City of Spokane”, and amending it to accept grant funds awarded by the Department of Commerce’s Connecting Housing to Infrastructure Program (CHIP), and declaring an emergency.

Special Budget Ordinance C36869 - Amending Ordinance No. C36794, entitled in part, “An ordinance adopting a Mid-biennial Modification Budget for the City of Spokane”, and amending it to authorize nine additional Parks & Recreation positions, and declaring an emergency.

Special Budget Ordinance C36870 - Amending Ordinance No. C36794, entitled in part, “An ordinance adopting a Mid-biennial Modification Budget for the City of Spokane”, and amending it to implement the interdepartmental agreement of green area maintenance, and declaring an emergency.
