Narrative: On November 27, 2013 at 02:58 PM, 6 Companies of the Spokane Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire in the Rosewood Club Apartments at 401 E Magnesium Rd. The first arriving Engine Company reported smoke and flames showing from the second floor of a three story, 15 unit, wood structured apartment building. At that time the incident was upgraded to a working fire, adding another dedicated Ladder, an ambulance, and the on duty Fire Investigator. Companies were assigned to confine, and extinguish the fire, check for extensions and search the building for occupants. This fire was confined to one unit. No one was displaced all occupants returned to their units.

Cause: The cause of this fire is under investigation by the Spokane Fire Department's SIU.

Damage: Damage to one unit, Fire, and smoke.
