Narrative: The Spokane Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at the Hamilton House Apartments (902 E Boone) on Thursday, January 23, 2014, at approx 12:00 a.m. Four engines, 2 ladder companies, 1 heavy rescue, and 2 battalion chiefs were dispatched.
