WHAT: Celebration of the “flip” to new areas of construction on Monroe Street

This is the first Emerson-Garfield Farmers Market for the season. In addition to the City announcement, there will be music, art, kids activities, food and vendor booths – as well as great views of the progress on the North Monroe Corridor construction work.
