Spokane Mayor David Condon will deliver the annual Statement of the Conditions & Affairs of the City of Spokane today, Oct. 8, as part of the City Council’s regular 6 p.m. meeting in the Council Chambers in the lower level of City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.
By City Charter, the Mayor is required to deliver this annual address on the second Monday in October. Mayor Condon’s talk will focus on the Mayor’s proposed 2019 Budget and its proposed investments.
The speech will be shown live on CityCable 5 as part of the channel’s regular cablecasting of the City Council meeting and also on the web at www.spokanecity.org. Click on “Watch it live” under CityCable 5. The Mayor’s speech will also be available live on the City of Spokane’s Facebook page.
