Council Member Mike Fagan is at the NorthTown Mall for March for Meals! The march supports Greater Spokane County Meals on Wheels which served over 230,000 meals last year to seniors and persons with disabilities.
Today from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Spokane Valley and NorthTown Malls you can join GSC Meals on Wheels and Councilman Mike Fagan as they walk to end senior hunger in our community.
“GSC Meals on Wheels is one of my favorite organizations,” says Councilman Fagan. “This organization is not only working towards ending senior hunger, but they provide such a valuable health and welfare check for people who are or feel isolated due to lack of family, or other circumstances. The visits that volunteer delivery persons have made in the past have even saved lives.”
