7:50 a.m. - The suspect, 51 year-old Jospeh Parisien, is still outstanding. Anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call 911.

7:47 a.m. - Ordinance C36515 amends the SMC regarding residential rental properties and establishes a minimum notice period for residential rent increases.
