Mission Ave. Bridge Work Will Impact Traffic Oct. 23 and 24

Drivers in east Spokane will experience traffic impacts on Mission Ave. on Wednesday, Oct., 23rd, and Thursday, Oct. 24th for City Streets Department crews to resurface the Mission Street Bridge. Please slow down and follow signed detours for everyone’s safety. Current obstruction information is available on the City’s construction webpage.
What to Expect Wednesday, Oct. 23rd:
- MISSION AVE. will be ONE LANE ONLY WESTBOUND between Perry St. and Napa St.
- Westbound drivers on Mission Ave. will experience significant slowdowns. Plan for an alternate route and avoid the area if possible.
- EASTBOUND DRIVERS WILL DETOUR AT PERRY ST., north to Illinois Ave., east to Market St., and south to Mission Ave.
What to Expect Thursday, Oct. 24th:
- MISSION AVE. will be ONE LANE ONLY EASTBOUND between Napa St. and Perry St.
- Eastbound drivers on Mission Ave. will experience significant slowdowns. Plan for an alternate route and avoid the area if possible.
- WESTBOUND DRIVERS WILL DETOUR AT NAPA ST., south to Trent Ave., west to Hamilton St., and north to Mission Ave.
