W. Wellesley Ave. between Maple St. and Division St. CLOSED, Wednesday, Aug. 13th

As the pavement preservation project in northwest Spokane continues, we will apply a chip seal along W. Wellesley Ave. from Maple St. to Division St. Additional work includes crack sealing, minor pavement repairs to maintain and extend the street surface’s life.

What to Expect:

  • On Wednesday, Aug. 13th, W. Wellesley Ave. will be CLOSED in both directions between Maple St. and Division St. between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
  • Drivers will be detoured south to Garland Ave. or north to Francis Ave. to continue eastbound or westbound.
  • Pedestrians may experience sidewalk detours.
  • Residents will access homes via local access streets.

N. Freya St. between Garland Ave. and Wellesley Ave. is OPEN!

Crews replaced a 30-inch water transmission main in northeast Spokane. This project also included improving sidewalks, installing stormwater management features, and reconstructing the street.
