SPD Providing Free Public Safety Testing

The City of Spokane is accepting applications for those interested in becoming a police officer.

All candidates must take and pass the Public Safety Test (PST) in order to be considered, except laterals. This summer there will be two opportunities to take the test at no charge. Testing is scheduled for Saturday, August 29 and Sunday, August 30.

If you are interested, sign up for the Public Safety Test online, your results will be valid for a year. Please keep in mind, candidates must successfully complete the Physical Ability Test within 90 days of their written exam.

PST testing is free if you send your results to the City of Spokane ONLY. Charges apply for additional agencies.
