The City of Spokane Parking Services transitioned away from the Passport parking app in 2022 to ParkMobile. The City has refunded over 5,800 customers since then who had Passport accounts with balances.
We are attempting to contact people directly through text or email now through March 2025.
Any Passport balances or credits the City is not able to refund by the end of August 2025 will transfer to the state as unclaimed property. Unclaimed funds are handled in accordance with Washington State Escheat laws.
