The Manito Park Fitness Series is back this summer thanks to presenting sponsor Kaiser Permanente. Sessions are offered every Saturday from 10 AM to 11 AM through August 22 and feature a variety of fitness activities led by River City Pilates, Shala Living Yoga, and The Union.
When: Saturdays, July 11 through August 22, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Where: Manito Park Duncan Lawn, just east of Duncan Garden
Cost: FREE. No sign-up required
Recommended Attire: Comfortable workout clothing
