High Bridge Dog Park

Location: 330 S. A St.

Established in 2011, High Bridge Dog Park is the City of Spokane’s first dog park. The sprawling 9.3 acre dog park contains both flat and hilly terrain with open and treed areas for a nice mixture of offerings for play, socialization, and exploration.

SpokAnimal became the naming partner for High Bridge Dog Park in 2011 after donating $40,000 for Phase I of development, which included installation of fencing around the property. The dog park was also leased to and maintained by SpokAnimal from 2011 through November 2023, at which time Park Operations resumed care of the property.

The dog park was renovated in fall of 2024 with new large and small dog areas, fencing, gates, improved entry/exit including an ADA accessible dog park area, surfacing improvements, and expanded paved parking.
