Description of Project

The applicant is proposing to divide 1121 E. 27th into four lots for development of new detached single-family homes in an R1 (Residential 1) zone. The BLA that is establishing this parent site for this plat has been recorded (legal description of subject lot after BLA is Manito Park E38FT' of lot 21 and all of lot 22, block 3). Existing parcel numbers associated with the site are 35294.2114 and 35294.2113 (a single new parcel number will be provided by Spokane County shortly). Demolition of the existing home was completed under B2421175DEMO. Please note: this proposal qualifies for “minor engineering review” with the City of Spokane (see SMC 17G.080.040 Short Subdivisions, subsection C.2). There is no public comment period for this proposal: This is your only opportunity to comment. Following the agency review period for this preliminary short plat a decision will be issued.
