This project is a grind and overlay of Washington Street from 8th to 3rd Avenues, replacement of curb ramps for ADA compliance where needed, stormwater upgrades, and replacement of a water distribution main.

The proposed project will include curb-to-curb pavement grind and overlay as well as replacement of ADA ramps where needed and replace the aging water distribution main between Stevens and Washington streets. The project and limits will exclude the intersections of Stevens, Browne, and Division streets.
