The owner is proposing to divide parcel 25121.0016 addressed as 1728 W. Buckeye Ave., into 2 lots for the purpose of creating lots for residential development. Please note that pursuant to SMC 17G.080.040 this proposed plat qualifies for “minor engineering review” with the City of Spokane. Please be advised that there is no public comment period for this “minor engineering review” plat.

The preliminary plat map and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by November 7, 2024, by 5 p.m.
