The applicant is proposing to subdivide one parcel into three single family lots. Work will include the installation of a water line down F Street to be tapped into each new lot and the installation of curb, separated sidewalk, and pavement to the centerline with an adjacent 12ft strip-paved travel lane.
The Planning Director issued an Approval with conditions on July 13, 2022. The date of the last day to appeal is the 27th of July 2022 at 5PM. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
