The owner/applicant is proposing to divide parcel 36331.0233 addressed as 6206 N Smith Street into 2 lots for the purpose of retaining an existing home and creating one vacant lot for new development utilizing the City of Spokane Pocket Residential Code under SMC 17C.110.360. Please note that pursuant to SMC 17G.080.040 this proposed plat qualifies for "minor engineering review" with the City of Spokane. Following the agency review period for this "minor engineering review plat,” a decision will be issued. Please be advised that there is no public comment period for this “minor engineering review" plat. This is your only opportunity to comment on this proposal.
The Planning Director issued a Decision with conditions on Nov. 14, 2022. The date of the last day to appeal is the Nov. 28, 2022 at 5 p.m. Decisions of the Planning Director regarding administrative permits (Type II) are final. They may be appealed to the City of Spokane Hearing Examiner within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this decision. The date of this decision is Nov. 14, 2022. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
