The applicant is proposing a Binding Site Plan in order to subdivide 3.243 acres of land into two parcels for commercial use including the development of a Chick-fil-A Restaurant with drive-thru and one additional commercial development site/lot. Development of the proposed western parcel will include demolition of an existing building and construction of a new chick-fil-A restaurant including drive-thru with associated site and stormwater improvements to serve the proposed development.
The Planning Director issued a Letter of Approval with conditions on December 16, 2019. The date of the last day to appeal is the 2nd of January, 2020 at 4 p.m. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
