Description

Clinkerdagger Restaurant was requesting a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit to remodel an existing above grade outdoor dining patio. There are currently two outdoor patios which project south of the building foundation, towards the Spokane River. The patio being proposed to be rebuilt was the upper patio; which is shorter in length than the lower patio. The new outdoor patio would have been entirely enclosed with glass walls to maintain views of the Spokane River. The footprint would not have differed from the existing patio.
