Dwight Hume, Land Use Solutions & Entitlement on behalf of Mr. Dennis Crapo has requested a Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment and associated Zone Change for property in the North Indian Trail neighborhood, located in undeveloped property to the east of N. Indian Trail Road and located south of Lowell Avenue, this area is approximately 26 acres which has been previously preliminary platted as a section of McCarroll East Preliminary Plat. The location may also be described as: portions of Assessor's parcel numbers 26225.0245, 26224.0127, 26224.0128 and 26224.0116.
This proposal would change the Land Use Plan Map Designation from “Residential 4-10 units per acre” to “Residential 10-20 units per acre” with an associated Zoning Map change from Residential Single Family (RSF) to Residential Two Family (RTF).
