In the fall of 2014, Council Member Mumm in conjunction with several neighborhood groups worked on revisions to the City Code regarding crosswalks. An ordinance was adopted by City Council on September 8, 2014. This ordinance amended the Spokane Municipal Code section 17H.010.210 and adopted a new section 17H.010.215 to chapter 17H.010 of the Spokane Municipal Code
