Description of Project

The applicant is proposing to final a 4‑lot Pocket Residential short plat (file number Z19‑247PSP). The proposal involves platting one parcel into four lots – two standard lots to front on 17^th Ave and two flag lots to sit on the back of the existing parcel. Water and Sewer will serve those back lots through their respective "flags" that front on 17^th. The applicant intends to have a shared driveway across the flags for access of the back parcels. The preliminary plat was approved on July 29, 2019.
