The applicant is proposing to subdivide an existing parcel into four single family lots using the Pocket Residential Development Standards. The proposal includes two standard single family lots to front on 17th and two flag lots to sit on the back of the existing parcel. Water and sewer will serve those back lots through their respective “flags” that front on 17th. The applicant intends to have a shared driveway across the flags for the back parcels as well.
The Planning Director issued a Letter of Approval with conditions on July 29, 2019. The date of the last day to appeal is the 12th of August, 2019 at 5 p.m. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
