East Wellesley Rebuild – Freya to Havana

Construction Estimate: $4,500,000
Funding sources have been secured and include $3.62 million in federal grants, Northeast PDA, and the City of Spokane Water Department.

Project Description: Full street rebuild
Scope includes an increased number of lanes and reconfiguration, Green Infrastructure and street trees, and replacing water distribution lines. Pedestrian improvements including new sidewalks and a separated shared path are also in development.
