Description of Project

The owner/applicant is proposing to subdivide a GC-70 (General Commercial) zoned lot addressed as 29 E. Everett Ave (parcel 36323.2128; secondary address 27 E. Everett Ave) into two (2) lots resulting in a total of two attached homes where in each side of a duplex (currently being constructed under B2510598BLDR) is located on its own lot.

Please note that this proposed plat qualifies for “minor engineering review” with the City of Spokane (see SMC 17G.080.040 Short Subdivisions, subsection C.2). Following the agency review period for this “minor engineering review plat,” a decision will be issued. Please be advised that there is no public comment period for this “minor engineering review” plat. This is your only opportunity to comment on this proposal.
