This is the first phase of a larger initiative to enhance water, sewer, stormwater, and traffic infrastructure in the Northwest Terrace area. Phase One involves installing a new water transmission main from the Low Water Pressure System to the NW Terrace Water Pressure System, improving domestic water reliability and supporting future growth.
