Overview

This is the first phase of a larger initiative to enhance water, sewer, stormwater, and traffic infrastructure in the Northwest Terrace area. Phase One involves installing a new water transmission main from the Low Water Pressure System to the NW Terrace Water Pressure System, improving domestic water reliability and supporting future growth.

Key Objectives

• Water System Improvement: Construct an 18-inch water transmission main and a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) station.

The main activities within this project include:

• New PRV Station: Adjustable flow controls for daily and fire flow needs.
• 18-inch Ductile Iron Main: Replace or supplement aging infrastructure to ensure adequate water supply.
