Description of Project

The applicant is proposing to subdivide parcel 35042.4516 addressed as 1649 E Garland Avenue into 4 lots for residential development. The proposal is in the R1 zone. A separate demolition permit for the existing single-family home is under review (B2409342DEMO). Demolition of the existing home is required prior to final plat approval. Please note: this proposal qualifies for “minor engineering review” with the City of Spokane (see SMC 17G.080.040 Short Subdivisions, subsection C.2). There is no public comment period for this proposal: This is your only opportunity to comment. Following the agency review period for this preliminary short plat a decision will be issued.
