Project Description: Project includes pedestrian lighting at crossings, a marked crosswalk, a median refuge island, a pedestrian crossing advance stop bars, a pedestrian countdown signal, a pedestrian hybrid beacon, ADA curb ramp retrofits, an audible pedestrian signal, new sidewalk with curb on Carlisle from Greene to Freya, ADA retrofits (non-curb ramp), and transit stop improvement s.

Project Location(s) and Schedule

East Carlisle Avenue from North Greene Street to North Freya Street

Crews will be in the area during the scheduled time frame. All schedules are approximate and dependent on weather and unforeseen delays. This project will be completed in conjunction with Washington DOT.

Once the contract has been awarded, contractors will be responsible for setting and maintaining the schedule for the work to be done. If you have questions regarding the construction schedule or the work being done, please contact the contractor's public representative.

Contractors are required to provide two business day's notice to a homeowner/business if the homeowner/business owner's property will be directly impacted by the work. This includes access issues.

  • Planned Utility Work: Yes - storm system and catch basin work as needed.
