The applicant is proposing to subdivide one lot (parcel 35212.3911 addressed as 1903 E 6th Avenue) into two lots for the purpose of constructing two new single family homes utilizing the City's Pocket Development Code. Please note that the existing fire damaged home is being demolished under permit B2201508DEMO.
The Planning Director issued a Decision with conditions on August 30, 2022. The date of the last day to appeal is the 13th of September, 2022 at 5 p.m. Decisions of the Planning Director regarding administrative permits (Type II) are final. They may be appealed to the City of Spokane Hearing Examiner within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this decision. The date of this decision is August 30, 2022. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
