The proposal is located at 4235 E Hartson, Parcel: 35221.2627 Section 22 – Township 25N – Range 43.
The applicant is proposing to subdivide one parcel with five existing residences and three outbuildings into 8 new lots utilizing the Pocket Residential Development standards. The five existing homes will each end up on their own parcel and two of the outbuildings will be removed (all is reflected on the proposed plat map). Three lots will be vacant for future development. Private water and sewer are proposed to serve all lots.
The Planning Director issued an Approval with conditions on August 23, 2022. The date of the last day to appeal is the 7th day of June 2022 at 5 p.m. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
