Description of Project

The owner is proposing to divide parcel 35213.1820 addressed as 1728 E. Hartson Ave., into 8 lots for the purpose of creating lots for residential development; and one tract for common area and stormwater. The proposal will use the City of Spokane Unit Lot Subdivision procedure pursuant to SMC 17G.080.065.

The preliminary plat map and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by December 1, 2025 by 5 p.m.
