Description

This Conditional Use permit is for a Historic Change of Use at the Historic building located at 2936 E. Olympic Ave. The new use would be Retail Sales and Service, to include a Barber Shop combined with a Drinking Establishment. This structure was added to the City’s Historical registry on July 13, 2015 and the proposed use would be allowed through an approved CUP. This application requires a Type III application, and there will be a Public Hearing in front of the City Hearing Examiner. A Community meeting was held at Hillyard Library on July 31, 2015.

Notice is hereby given by Dwayne Alexander. Applicant has applied for a Type III Conditional Use Permit on August 24, 2015. This application was determined to be technically complete on September 16,2015. There will be a public hearing on this proposal before the City Hearings Examiner on Thursday October 29, 2015 at 9:00 a.m, in the Council Briefing Center, Lower Level of City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Boulevard, Spokane, WA. Any person may submit written comments on the proposal and/or appear at the public hearing.
