Description of Project

A Type II Conditional Use Application for the 62,000 square foot modernization and addition to Hutton Elementary School. This project will provide 25 classrooms, an art room, a music room, a multi-purpose room and stage, a separate gymnasium, a library and administrative support spaces to the existing 1921 school. Portions of the new addition are two-story and the new site design adds 50 parking spaces, as well as revision of bus circulation and associated site work.
