The applicant is proposing to subdivide a through lot that fronts on 36th and 37th Ave. One lot (to front on 36th) will maintain the single-family home and one accessory structure and the other lot (to front on 37th) will contain two accessory structures. The owner intends to build a small home attached to one of the accessory structures on the southern lot.
The Planning Director issued a Letter of Approval with conditions on October 22, 2020. The date of the last day to appeal is the 5th of November, 2020 at 5PM. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
